Early Power LTD Appoints Louis Josiah as General Manager
Ghana power project strengthens leadership with seasoned finance and energy infrastructure executive
Accra, Ghana (November 28, 2025) – Early Power LTD, the company responsible for developing and operating the Bridge Power Project in Ghana, is pleased to announce the
appointment of Louis Josiah as General Manager, effective December 6, 2025.
Mr. Josiah has served as Chief Financial Officer for Early Power LTD since 2019 and has been instrumental in the development of the Bridge Power Project since its inception. The project, currently 200MW and being developed in a second stage to reach 500MW, has been developed by Endeavor Energy, General Electric, and Andaris Energy and represents a critical investment in Ghana’s energy infrastructure.
Mr. Josiah brings over 25 years of extensive senior-level experience in business development and finance across energy infrastructure, including power generation and fuel storage. He is highly experienced in structuring and negotiating project finance transactions and developing financing solutions within the dynamic African market.
Before joining Early Power, Mr. Josiah served as Business Development Director for The Quantum Group Limited, where he headed activities across various sectors and led negotiations on several power deals. His previous experience includes key roles at Linkstar Communications Limited, DHL Ghana Limited, and Coopers & Lybrand Ghana.
