Business Development Executive

Kazadi is a Business Development Executive, where he works alongside the Delegate Sales team to build and maintain relationships with senior industry stakeholders and support the growth of EnergyNet’s global events portfolio.

With a background in Politics and a Master’s degree in Sustainable Development from the University of Sussex, Kazadi has a strong interest in the energy sector, particularly where infrastructure, policy, finance, and sustainability come together. Before joining EnergyNet, he was working in the Democratic Republic of Congo, including time with Glencore, across sectors such as mining and cement in regions including Kinshasa, Lubumbashi, and Kolwezi.

Kazadi has lived across the world, experiences that have only deepened his love for travel. Outside of the office, he can usually be found playing football, training in the gym, or discovering new ways to chase a bit of adrenaline.
