aef26 Photo of the Year Competition

Entry to the competition is free of charge. All submissions must be received by 23:59 (GMT) on 28 May. This deadline is final, and late entries will not be accepted or reviewed under any circumstances.

Entrants are permitted to submit one photograph only, which must be entered into a single category. There are four categories available, and your selected category must be clearly stated at submission. Any attempt to submit multiple images or enter more than one category will result in automatic disqualification of all entries.

All entries must be submitted via the official form (link provided) and must include the following:

  • A high-resolution, landscape-format photograph
  • A clearly selected category
  • A mandatory written description, including a brief explanation of the image and the reason for submission

Incomplete submissions will not be considered.

Strict technical requirements apply. All images must meet all of the following criteria:

  • File size between 3MB and 5MB
  • Minimum resolution of 300 dpi
  • Landscape orientation

Any image that does not meet these specifications will be automatically disqualified without review.

Accepted file formats are:

  • JPEG, PNG, GIF

Files submitted in unsupported formats, including BMP or TIFF, will not be reviewed.
