ALER is a non-governmental and non-profit association whose mission is to promote access to sustainable energy in Portuguese-speaking countries. Through technical, political, and institutional cooperation, ALER contributes to a just, inclusive, and resilient energy transition. The association aims to be the leading reference network for energy transition in Portuguese-speaking countries, by connecting stakeholders, sharing knowledge, and strengthening the voice of the CPLP in international energy and climate decision-making forums.
