Welcome to the Powering Africa Summit 2026.
This Sponsor Manual has been prepared to support your planning and participation at the Powering Africa Summit 2026. It outlines the key information, requirements, and deadlines to support a smooth lead-up to the event.
To help ensure effective coordination and delivery, Sponsors are requested to review this manual carefully and to complete and return all applicable forms to the relevant suppliers by the stated deadlines. Following the guidance and timelines in this document will help us deliver a successful event.

Please be advised that the venue charges the following fees for handling inbound and outbound charges:


All prices are subject to 26% taxable service charge and applicable taxes.
Exhibitors are responsible for arranging and paying all shipping charges directly with the shipping company. Please label shipments clearly and follow all deadlines and instructions to ensure smooth delivery to the venue.

If your contact includes a tabletop stand, your tabletop stand package will be as follows:
- 2 x rectangle tables (the measurement of 1 x rectangle table is 6′ x 30″)
- Black tablecloths will be provided
- 2 x chairs
- 1 x power socket
You will need to supply your own corporate signage (pull up banners only) and extension leads. Please note, we only permit your branded pull up banners to be placed directly behind your tabletop stand.
If your contract includes a meeting room, your meeting room package will be as follows:
- Boardroom set up including tables and chairs (please refer to the welcome email for the number of chairs provided)
- Power sockets
- Lights
Should you wish to order audio visual outside of your package, please use the event supplier portal provided by Encore: Encore EventNow | Audio Visual Solutions | Order Online

Exhibitors can book additional AV services through Encore using the event’s supplier portal to enhance their stand, with all costs invoiced and paid directly to the supplier:
