Sam brings over 15 years of experience in Customer Service and has been part of the events industry since August 2022, when she joined Clarion Events as a Customer Success Manager for the Confex Operations team. Since 2023, she has worked with the EnergyNet team on the Africa Energy Forum in Nairobi, Barcelona, and Cape Town.

Outside of work, Sam enjoys bottomless brunches with a few glasses of Prosecco, following England Rugby Union, and reading a good book on her Kindle.
