Shiddika Mohamed
Shiddika has extensive experience in channelling investments through the events sector and has worked closely with governments, leading businesses, investors and philanthropic organisations across Europe, America, Asia, Africa and, and Latin America to achieve this.
As Group Director for EnergyNet, Shiddika manages the content delivery of the conferences and meetings including the Africa Energy Forum (aef), which has grown to become the largest, most productive international gathering of governments and private sector stakeholders in Africa’s energy sector.
As CEO of YES! Shiddika is on a mission to empower the youth (particularly from beyond privileged backgrounds) to build successful careers and take their destiny into their own hands. She is keen to get global stakeholders in the energy sector working together to create jobs and training where they are needed most at the same time as meeting their business development plans.
In her spare time, Shiddika loves to bury her head in a good old-fashioned paperback book!
