Tyanna has over 8 years of experience in the customer service industry. She joined the Energynet team in April 2024 and has already enjoyed working at her first two events in Barcelona and Cape Town. She is excited to take on her role as Customer Success Executive for the Africa Energy Forum 2026 in Dubai.

Her primary responsibility is to support and assist exhibitors and sponsors throughout their preparation and the lead-up to the event, ensuring a smooth and successful experience.

Outside of work, Tyanna enjoys traveling, cooking, and spending quality time with friends.
